Refill the order
If you see any of the drop issues expect for watch hours service please contact us within 30 days after the order completion. For all the watch hours service the the refill guarantee if for 3 days only. Our team will help you and refill your order. You can simply contact us at info@boostitfast.com or via the contact us page. For youtube watch hours the order can’t be refill or refund after 3 days of the completion unless the refill time is mentioned on the service page. There is no refund if you delete some of your videos. The order can’t be refill if the username or the channel link changed after the order.

Account/Channel Removal
We are not responsible for the suspension, removal, or banning of accounts or channels on any platform. Such events can occur without prior notice. Using promotional services, like those provided by BoostitFast, may be in violation of the Terms of Service of various social media and digital platforms. If an account or channel is removed or banned, we do not offer refunds. However, if you reinstate your account or channel or create a new one, notify us with the updated details, and we’ll continue to provide our services from where we paused.
Risks for Customers: Engaging with our service may be against the guidelines of certain platforms, leading to the suspension or removal of accounts and channels. Please note that if your account or channel faces any penalties, you assume all associated consequences without any financial or other compensation from us.
Order processing and completion policy
For all watchtime and monetization orders, customers will be promptly notified via email, wherein our dedicated team will provide detailed instructions in accordance with our Watchtime Screenshot Guide, necessitating the submission of specified screenshots or have to send the viewer access to us. It is imperative that customers respond with the requisite screenshots promptly to facilitate the expeditious processing of their orders.
Upon completion of the processing phase, our team will initiate further correspondence with the customer, seeking updates on the watchtime accrual. Customers are required to furnish the requested updates within a stipulated timeframe of 2 days. It is expressly agreed by the customer that failure to respond within this timeframe will result in the automatic marking of the order as completed, rendering it non-refundable. If the order is progress all the watchtime will be considered from our side. Buying the same service from another provider at the same is not allowed. The waiting / processing time of each watchtime order could be 4-8 weeks, the customer should not put the chargeback before this time period. This streamlined protocol ensures a seamless and efficient transaction process while upholding the mutually agreed-upon terms and conditions.
